    My brother and I were coming home late I ordered a 6 inch, chips and asked the guy if I could have a larger cup because I was going to eat on the road while my brother drove .The Hispanic looking guy serving us said he would charge me more if I took a larger cup for WATER and had to take a very small one .My brother said he had an attitude. This place is on Hough  ST in Barrington  incident took place 8/3/19 at 5:30 pm Saturday. I will be calling corporate.
    I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

    I like this subway, but it is very frustrating that often they close before their closing time.  I got there at 7:45 - they close at 8 pm and the door is locked.  The lady inside looks and me and then ignores me.   Very frustrating.

    Stopped in at 7:45 on Saturday evening, closes at 8pm, the solo lady working there already had doors locked and ignored as I tried to get her attention.  She looked pretty angry. Franchise owner might want to know, or post store Saturday closes well before 8pm.
